EUGENE G. SCHUMACHER

Is a lifelong resident of Nebraska. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska in 1981 where he was a member of the Nebraska Law Review. He is a member of the Platte County and Nebraska State Bar Associations. In 2008, the Nebraska Supreme Court appointed him to serve on the Commission on Unauthorized Practice of Law. His areas of practice include probate law, estate planning, real estate law, civil litigation and business entity formation.
